Soldering
Firstly, you need to do some soldering. This step is pretty straightforward:

Plug into your breadboard
Now you can plug it into your breadboard:
Please make sure the 5V and 3.3V pins go into breadboard power lines properly:

Connect the breakout board to your Raspberry Pi with the 26-pin GPIO cable:

Power up your breadboard
Put the jumper header on, turn on your Raspberry Pi, you can get 3.3V power to your breadboard:
